Heritage Lab Skis are built with the finest construction and process available today.  As such, every Heritage Lab ski carries a 3-year warranty period on manufacturing defects for original owners. 

Due to the limited production and build-to-order nature of our skis, I will hold several pairs of each model during the season, available on a "first-come, first-served basis" for warranty.  I stand behind every pair produced and will strive to reasonably get Heritage Lab skiers back on snow without challenge or delay.  

If you are the original owner, within 3 years of the delivery date, and have a manufacturing defect, please fill out the form for prompt resolution.

If you are not the original owner, the skis are older than 3 years, or the skis need Crash Replacement, Heritage Lab offers a complimentary program.  Please fill out the form on the linked page.  

The easiest demo program ever just got even easier. 

Try any HL ski on your mountain with your own bindings.  Just order the ski you would like to try, and it will ship to you on the next batch.  If you love them and want to keep them, they are yours!  If, after 3 ski days, they are not a good fit, just ship them back for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs each way.
